INKBANK DTF ink is a water-based pigment ink engineered by INKBANK for direct-to-film (DTF) textile and custom apparel printing.
Key Specifications & Features
- Formulation: Water-based pigment ink with nano-grinding technology (particle size under 200 nm) to prevent printhead clogging.
- Printhead Compatibility: Designed for Epson printheads including i3200-A1, DX5, DX7, XP600, and 4720, as well as select industrial heads like Ricoh and Kyocera.
- Certifications: Complies with eco-friendly standards like OEKO-TEX Eco Passport, GOTS 7.0, and ZDHC MRSL Level 3.
- Wash Durability: Delivers high wash fastness (Grade 4–5, supporting 50+ industrial cycles) on cotton, polyester, blends, and dark garments.
